Default '00 929rr won't start

Hi I'm not usually one to ask for help but I need some direction. I picked up a 929rr a few weeks ago. It had been sitting for some time. It had a new fuel pump installed a year ago and gas was drained while it was sitting. I test drove it, ran fine. Got it home drove it again ran fine. I changed oil/oil filter, it started and ran for 15-30 seconds, I killed it and now it turns but won't fire. The battery is new, the fuel is new, the pump primes, no FI codes (solid red light w/no FI), pink ignition wire has 9.23v. I tried starting fluid in the throttle body to see if fuel delivery was an issue no start. I can see fuel being injected looking past the butterfly. I did pull a coil put a new plug in it laid it on the engine and saw no spark, I grounded the engine to batt neg and got spark. But still won't fire.
