Flat spot on blackbird carb model

I have a flat spot just after pull away from just after 2000 to 3000 rpm. I have a carb model blackbird. I have cleaned, set and synced carbs. What am I missing? After 3000rpm, everything is perfect, she pulls strong and smoothly
