Start with a new battery sounds like it is toast. If it is not holding charge then bike will shut down, then check the voltage across the battery should be c. 15v at 5k revs. Id that is ok stator and coils are fine.

dead battery!

Starter solenoid clicking and having it run OK with jump-start shows battery is dead and not holding charge.

As mentioned, test and verify that charging system is Ok, otherwise new battery will just die slow painful death.

Would the symptoms of compromised Battery/charging system include the Following....* throttle response in neutral is normal but in gear riding loses power the more throttle given..if bike runs a full day then isn't driven for 2-3 days results in hard
start ...the bike only has about 5-10 tries cranking then will need jump pack.
Also my choke cable resently snapped..
Key was stolen from a looser who can't work hard and get their own bike so they try to plot on me. So I forced it with screwdriver now turns freely. Is there maybe a safety in ignition that could cause sometimes no starts or problems in any way...
I put a lot of time and effort into this bike and it's killing me that it's not running right now I just want to get it right

You've got multiple problems.

1. dead battery for sure.

2. might be caused by bad charging system, test & measure to verify

3. may have parasitic drain that's killing battery when sitting

4. throttle issue is most likely clogged fuel-filter or failing pump. Most likely dirty clogged carbs that need full disassembly for full restoration job.
