Default Fuels pump not priming

Hello. I have an 02 f4i (uk model). When i was out the other day i stoped for a coffe and when i went to leave it wouldnt start.
When I turn the ignition on. Everything lights up and dances as it should but the fuel pump doesn't prime. It ticks over if I try to start it, lights turn on.
I've checked all the fuses, jumped the fuel pump and that works but no spark if I try start it with it jumped. I've bridged the BAS sensor by unpluging and putting a wire from red to green in the plug. And sprayed contact cleaner in the kill switch.

The fI light is constantly on and so is the hiss light. It's a uk model so doesn't have the diode and the pink wire.

Ive tried everything i can find looking on forums and yt and I'm all out of ideas. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like dead ECU.
Working ECU when jumpered should either flash error codes or do steady blinking for no codes.

That doesn't sound good. Starting to think it might be worth putting my one in the bin and get a new one

ECU is responsible for turning on fuel-pump. Either for initial prime or full-time when bike's running.
Also for triggering injectors and sparks.

Just double checking it is that plug you need to jump to get the flash codes?

Actually only need to jumper to clear codes. Getting codes is just this:

Also measure your safety-interloc switches: clutch, neutral, sidestand. Do you get green neutral light on clocks?

Sidestand is often problem because of being banged. Can move it out of position, even though switch works electronically. Measure it with sidestand down and up. Ohms = ???
