My F2 project over the last 6 months
Well here she is, my '93 F2. I got it for about $950 and put about an additional $1000 into it. When I bought it, it ran a little rough, was a nightmare to get started and looked like hell. It's taken me working on and ordering parts off and on throughout the last 6 months or so but it's basically done for now.
It involved Rebuilding and cleaning Carbs, New Air Filter, New Oil/Oil Filter, Cleaned and re-lubed chain, new plastics, new and painted gas tank, cleaned out and rust proofed gas tank, new tank cap, new handlebar grips, new front and rear foot pegs, alarm installed, new rear turn signals, new mirrors installed, brake light and signals re-wired and a very thorough cleaning.
