Default Wiring Harness - Power Commander Install

Good day all..

I just recently added a power commander into my 03 'f4I.. It went well - and powers up no worries.

The only issue I had was trying to repack the wiring hardness in back between the engine and the frame..

I was able to wrangle the wires around which worked out -but i am worried I was a bit too rough..

Does anyone know how strong the wiring harness is? - Just worried I broke some wires...

Seeing its -20 outside and the bike is winterized I am not keen on starting it..

Any help would be appreciated.

If a wire snapped because of the cold, you'd know it (-20??? Geez, don't drop a fairing). Your biggest concern is a wire getting pinched or caught between sharp edges. That can cut through the insulation and cause a short.

Simple manhandling won't do anything... Unless you ended up holding a wire connected to nothing

Oh yeah, and I was serious about not dropping a fairing.

It may shatter at that temp

Thanks - I take all the plastic off and store it in the basement - for cleaning - and ... warmth...

Cheers
