I don't ride an f4i but on most bikes they are behind the forks/front wheel where the exaust generally comes out of the head.

I haven't rode the bike since I made this thread...until today.

I just noticed that the buzzing sound that I am getting at exactly 6K does it in neutral or in gear. I still haven't had time to take off the fairings to see if a bolt was loose or not because I was busy with school and finals. Now that school is over for the summer, sometime in the next week or so I will definitely check for loose bolts.

Today, I was revving the engine in gear and in neutral and the buzzing sound is still hard to find. I put my ear around the right side of the engine where the CCT is and couldn't tell if the buzzing sound was coming from around that area or not.

In any event, does these symptoms signal early signs that the CCT will need to be replaced?
