my 1krr is an 07 stock with 2k on her
when i give the bike gas i can hear a small whirly noise form the front of the bike
is this just the bike getting fuel fuel rails wiggiling or what
i am not 2 worried about it bc its a nopise that i guess would seem normall 2 me
just wondering if any1 else hears that.?????

 

Put a 2Bros exhaust on that bad boy and the goofy noises go away. My '04 makes what I can only describe as a grunting sound upon acceleration. Full throttle starts cure this ... only the mildish to granny take offs make this particular noise. 24K miles and counting with no problems (except rectifier and alternator) so I think the noise is no big.

 

It could be the wind your hearing : )

 

The only odd noise I've heard is a pinging sound at ~3-4K under medium to heavy throttle. After much investigation I found it was the primary fuel injectors.

That's funny because i have the same noise on my 07 but it's only when you going slow i didn't know if this was normal or not.

 

yea mines an 07 too i rode a friends and i think its just a normall thing nbothing to worry about it is fuel injectors. the wind lol
