Hey guys,

Quick question. I'm getting my rear tail cowl painted gloss black.It has unwanted flame graphics on it now from the guy i bought it from. Anyways, I need to take it off and bring it to get painted. I'm a total newbie, but can anyone tell me exactly what tools I'll need to take it off? Is it easy?

04-06 i'm not exactly sure on.

01-03 you should only need a 6mm hex key and a philips screw driver. and remove the seats first! it shouldn't be too overly difficult to remove.

 

thanks. Ya its an 06 actually with the split seat conversion, so its really an -1-03 i believe lol.

 

after you unscrew everything, disconnect the lights and just wiggle the plastic around the frame. Its pretty easy
