I read and re-read this post on revalving F4i forks. I have a simpler situation. I just need to change my oil and reseat the springs (tech guy thinks they are binding from being twisted when I installed them).

I couldn't find anything telling me what weight to buy, what and how to set the level or how to bleed the cartridge.

I know that several of you forum members have done your own. Help me to be next. I need to do this this week.
