Does anyone know how to change the fork oil? With 40k on the clock, im sure its never been done. Does anyone know of a how too?

I did the fork seals and fluid change on my old cbr 600 f1 and it was simple ... it had a drain on the side of the shock assembly.

it doesn't appear that the f3 has the side drain plug... at least mine doesn't.....

which means the only other way is to lift the bike up, remove the front wheel, (axle included obviously) and drain the fork using the allen bolt on the bottom, make sure to remove the top first and keep and eye on c-clips and orings, aswell be sure to put some pressure on the top bolt as you remove it as there will be spring pressure on the bolt, and if your not ready for it, oooooooo ....
