Default Throttle question

Im going to replace the the throttle side handlebar and I was just wondering how it comes apart? Looks like I just take the bar end off then the screws out of the controls then there's a white piece that the throttle cable attaches to, does this piece just slide off? Should I use any lube or anything on the new handlebar? Haven't taken it apart yet so id figure I'd ask first. Thanks!

The whole handlebar right? because the just the grip is easy. For the whole thing, you unscrew the black plastic clasp so you can disconnect the throttle cables and go from there.

Honestly, its so simple i just did without any manuals or anything and it makes sense
