Swapping my levers problem...
So I just received my new levers for my 2001 f4i. I swapped out the brake lever without any issues. When attempting to remove the pivot bolt on the clutch side I noticed that the bolt seems to either be rusted on or stuck real good. the bolt moves freely on the perch threads but the bolt moves along with the lever. Ive also soaked it in WD40 and lightly tapped the bolt to try and free up any rust (if any) still no dice. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
I purchased this bike used so i havent any idea if the PO was dumb enough to use locktite on the bolt as the flange bolt was already missing.
Ive already ordered a new bolt/nut so I dont mind if the bolt is ruined.

I've already attempted that. I completed the brake lever swap without issue. The clutch side pivot bolt nut was missing when I purchased the bike so that's not the problem. The pivot bolt seems to be either rusted or really stuck in there.
figured it out! for anyone that has pivot bolt seizing issues use an impact gun with the largest flat head bit you can find (soak in wd40 or equivelant prior). worked wonders! cheers for those that helped out.
