swapping everything

Most Honda forks should be a straight swap if they come complete with the triples, other forks will not fit your F1 triples. Not sure about the swingarm, I'm guessing it's probably undoable without some major machine shop/fabricating skills. Using a VFR single sided swingarm would be easier, but still a major project AFAIK.

Honestly, the easiest way would be to just sell the F1 and get a newer bike. I don't think you can fit any thing wider than a 160 in the stock swingarm, and like I said a swinger swap is not a small project.
Here's a project log than involves putting an RR swingarm on a '96 F3, which probably already has a wider swingarm than an F1. Even with his fabrication skills, the guy still had to pay a machinist to custom make bushings to make it fit:

160 will fit on the stock wheel and swingarm, but it won't fit nicely. Most Hondas use the same size steering stem, so if you have a complete front end it will just bolt on. So you'd need the calipers and front wheel along with the F2 forks. Look in the classifieds or salvage yards for wrecked bikes for parts, I just got an 05 F4i without a motor for $200. I'll be putting the front end on my F1 this winter.
