Default strangle noise at 7k rpm (not a cct problem)

hello every one!

i have a 2002 cbr f4i, with a properly set up manual cct.

when my bike revs to 7k rpn at any speed it will begin to make a buzzing sounds which sounds like the clutch on a fishing reel letting out line (
). if i rev past 7k the sound will go away.

i dropped the bike on its left side in the garage shortly before i started to notice the sound. I took the stator cover off but nothing appeared damaged.

What do you guys think? i was starting to theorize that maybe something in the clutch was falling apart but i don't want to just start firing parts at it.

Can you possibly post a short vid on youtube with camera on one side, then the other of the bike. The community may be more likely to help than with a river monsters video. The sound could be completely unrelated. A starter gear not disengaging would come from the stator side and has small teeth. But let us have a listen rather than shooting into the wilderness.
