Default Sticky Throttle

I've had two seperate people tell me my throttle is sticky and I've had once where it stuck at redline for fraction of a second and in rev matching down shifts.

How do I fix this?

sticky how.....as it the cable / grip area.....if so, they make cable lube, it comes in kits with a tool that ya use, I have never used it, but have heard good things..... if its just getting stuck at redline, check your throttle pos. sensor, located right below the gas tank on the right side, make sure its tight, and didnt come loose or get bumped.....

Make sure it not the grip getting in the way. take off the bar end and move the grip around and see if it something simple. hada f3the grip was rubbing the bar end and the throttle cable mount housing and caused it to stick.

It can be the grip rubbing against the control pod or bar end. if that the case you can put some grease on the areas that are rubbing. If it is the cables the lube tool works well. Other than that I odnt know what to say.

Often your throttle can hang because your cable is bent or twisted. Also try loosening the screws holding your throttle housing to your bar and see if it fixes it.
