I have an 03 F4I with 6200 miles that starts up no problem when its cold but after the bike warms up it gives me a hard time every time I try to start it. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

Check your fuel pressure regulator.

It is located under the fuel tank on the fuel rail. It has a vacuum line attached to it (it's the skinny rubber hose), pull the vacuum line, if it is dry it is good but if it's wet with fuel then you need a new one.

my bike started right, I let it warmed up a bit. when I cranked the throttle it shuts off & it will not start back up. You can hear the pump & it will turn over but it will not fire. I replaced the plugs. It starts right away but again when I crank the throttle it shuts off & will not start again. Anybody has any suggestion?

I am in a very similar situation as you. I pulled the vacuum line off my fuel pressure regulator and it appears to be dry. I recently did a fuel flow test and the service manual states that it needs to flow about 6.4 oz in ten seconds and my bike was only doing half of that. Right now I am looking into the fuel filter to see if that will do the trick. Trying doing a fuel flow test and see what you get.
