Stainless steel brake lines

I’ve done a search and came up with nothing specific, Question is - are all stainless steel brake lines pretty much the same? I mean as long as they are DOT approved?

Is there one company that’s better than the rest – and if so does anyone know why?

I’m about to purchase some SS lines and I’m going withHEL – has anyone heard anything good or bad about the company?

HEL should be fine, there really isn't anything complicated about SS lines to make, I can buy the same lines for almost nothing. All they really have to worry about is having the right fittings and banjo bolts and thats easy so really any brand not based in somebody's basement should work just fine lol

I read their USA website's section on why they don't use Kevlar or Aluminum fittings. What companies' brake lines are they referring to?
