The speedo and the odometer doesnt work at all, itll cycle when you turn key on but sont work at all. Any help on this problem

sounds like it could be two things, i had no speedo and my odometer started to go too.... i had to rip my entire bike apart and replace the speed sensor... its located under ur throttle body and if ur not mechanically inclined dont do it urself, u have to take ur tank off, all fuel lines, air box, all coolant lines and throttle body to get to it, its either that or its ur entire cluster gauge has gone bad, the only way to tell is a volt meter and ur look in your service manual as to the spects to test it, the speed sensor is 75 bucks and the gauge cluster is 700 so hope that its ur speed sensor, if u need any help doin it let me know
