For those that know or have had their bikes repainted, how much did you pay for it?
not custom designs and all that works, but just plain colours i e all black or all white.

One guy is charging me $600 to paint my bike all black, repairing my rash on my cowls.

Am i getting ripped off is it a good deal?

 

That's a good price as long as he does the work properly.

 

Depends on the quality of work and the type of paint you areusing. Have you seen any of this persons work? If they do good work then thats a great deal. I would say go for it.

i was in the same situation as you a year ago ended up getting these plastics and worked out great the fit is good (the only flaw was were the front cowl meets the side fairings the gap is not even) the paint is ok (i was parking the bike in the garage and hit the front cowl on my atv bar and it kind of scraped of some). then i painted the gas tank myself bought tank stickers at replicals.com. so just tought id share sorry if its not what your looking for. heres the link check out their store i have the white and red plastics(f4i) shipping was a under 10 days but cant remember exactly. ohh yeah the company i bought from is auctmart1. good luck

That sounds coo. But for about$500.00you can get a whole set of racing fairings from e-bay, i know you might think it is a rip off but trust me the fairings are good i bought a set of repsol replica fairings, it fidded perfect no fitting or cutting. take a look.
