Speedo LED color change?

The kit just provides you with new LEDs. You have to take apart the gauge, desolder the many many pins holding on the LCDs and a few screws for the tach, then desolder the LEDs, resolder new ones on, then put it all back together. It is NOT recommended for anyone who doesn't at least have good soldering practice.
There are a couple companies who will do it if you send them your gauges, though. Scott @ BlueGauges did mine and did a great job.

Here is an old picture of the ones I did for my test set. I can't seem to find the pictures of the one on my bike, but they are the exact same except with a working LCD
Digikey has all the parts you need also. I think I spent ~$20-25 for the LED's and resistors at digikey.
