Default Speed sensor replacement...looking for a How-To

Hey all,
I've been doing some reading around on the forums and it seems as though having problems with the speed sensor on the F4i's is a common problem. I seem to be encountering this problem as my speedo is intermittently (and sometimes not at all) reading my speed. I've come to the conclusion that it's the speed sensor as I have checked all the appropriate wiring and harnesses. So what I'm wondering is if anyone has come across a how-to for replacing the speed sensor on the F4i? With it being such a common problem I would assume that there has to be something somewhere. If any can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Never actually done it but,you would have to get at it from the left side,it's behind the starter. If you need the sensor pm me I might have one around the garage.

the easyest way i found was un bolt the top subframe bults lay it on the back tire and move the over flow. i spent about 3 hours or so trying it from the left side and it was a bid no go for me.

Great...Sounds like it'll be fun trying to replace it I can see it sitting on top of the transmission right in front of the rear wheel but it is just wat too tight to simply take out. I think it might be worth my while just to take it somewhere...thanks for the replies though.
