So, I finished my MSF course this weekend, and the DMV wasn't open untill yesterday, soI went yesterday afternoon to get my license. After waiting for like 2 hoursI finally got it!! Headed home, and decided to go hit some dirt jumps by my house, seeing asI didn't have theF4i there... it was at dads house. On my last run, I'm hitting the rollers to get up speed for the jump, and beforeI know it im on my face. The dirt was soft because it rained the day before, my bars crossed up andI went over... needless to say my clutch hand is F'd. 3 hours in the ER told me nothing broken but 4 fingers look like purple sausages and there is a huge swollen line across the palm of my hand where the handlebar was... SOOO PISSED!!! atleast it was on a bicycle and not the F4i. maybe it was meant to be. anywho, no riding for a week.

 

Ouch. Glad to hear you're not seriously hurt. Congrats on getting the license tho!

 

Well it could be worse. Like you could've broken something and have needed to wait a lot longer.

 

oh I know I was fortunate, but is still bites to look at the bike and not ride it
