I'm wondering if you've checked the torque on the caliper bolts. They could be moving a bit. I've found that the published procedure for installing the front wheel will align the front and make all the parts fit with the correct gaps. I suggest removing the front wheel, torqueing the calipers properly and then reinstalling the wheel using Honda's procedure and torque specs.

Well I did some more work today. One of my stock rotors has a slight warp to it, but the replacement ones I bought both are warped worse! Hopefully I can get a refund... But, I didnt realize how cupped my front tire was. Its already got 8k miles on it, probably needs replaced by now anyways. I think that will be my next step. I checked everything else that everyone mentioned and it's all good, so we'll see where it goes from here. Thanks again guys!

Please be mindful that these are floating rotors and some movement is allowed. You can check where the warpage is by placing the rotor surface on flat plate glass.

Maybe you can get your rotors turned like on a regular car. I know that a machine shop can turn them and smooth them out. Like a Napa or Oreilleys can do it too.

Floating rotors buddy; you'd have to somehow remove the disc from the buttons without damaging them, and THEN hope that you have enough material to machine so that it doesn't go below tolerance and THEN put it back together.

I agree, i would rather spend the money on new rotors then even think about turning them. I think the one on my bike is pretty close to being within the runout spec of .008in, but the replacements i got were more than .025in in runout. Luckily the seller is taking them back, and Im getting a new tire put on this Sunday so I think that shoudl fix it. Thanks guys!
