setting up suspension

Default setting up suspension

Ok so what would this normally cost at the shop and what do they do exactly? Im new to all this changing stuff on my bike. Thanks for any info.

Well if your going to do any suspension mods on an F4i your going to want new front springs.
I have tried adjusting mine 6 ways to Sunday and there is no noticible difference. They are just to mushy. I weigh about 160 without gear.

The setup will also depend on what you want to do with the the bike..stunts..road riding ..track riding etc.

Dang -- around here they won't even look at your bike for under $100. Which is why I do my own work.
