Can anyone tell me if the 2002 CBR 600 4i has a slipper clutch or not?

nope unfortunatley it doesnt, and to my knowledge not even an aftermarket for it. the F4i has just regular old clutch plates. i wish someone would figure out how to manufacture slipper clutches for all bikes!

Thanks for the info, I didn't think they did and although nice, not essential.
Looking to set one up as a track bike only and wondering what mods will give me the best race perfomance.
Know any good sites?

if you're going to track the F4i, total suspension redo...i mean total mang!
then f/s, pc3r, regear pending on the track, reasets or rearset adaptors, steering damper, and if you gots bling still, tear into the engine and bust the HRC internals.
maybe some brake upgrades later too. defintely ss lines though, get the race upper and toss the headlight.

remember, if you going to make it track only, it'll cost bling to get there but you can sell lots of your stockers to fund track stuff.

as far as the slipper clutch, you just gotta rev match the **** out of it mang! like a manual slipper clutch! buahahahah...
too bad, can't shift from 6 to 2 and not have the rear go crazy u know?
