Your weight is perfect for the stock springs but the suspension setting from the factory is VERY soft for aggressive riding.

Do you have any race tracks in your area? There should be suspension guys at a race or track day. It would totally be worth the trip and not cost that much (~$40) to get it set up by a pro. The best way to do it is sign up for a track day and get it done at the track first thing in the morning, go out for a session and have them make any fine tuning throughout the day.

What tires are you running? The pressures you are using are most likely way too high. Performance tires are ~32/32 cold.

For any road tire, performance or not, 32/32 is too low. That's a good track day pressure, or twisty run. But for driving to work, there's no need. I usually run 40/38.

The only track I have around is a 1/4 mile drag strip. The tires I run are the factory 010 stones. I run that pressure cause it feels good and it's what the bike calls for.

I thought stock pressure would be 36/42 cold for this type of bike in typical street conditions.

36/42 ~ That's what I run; canyon carving or commuting.

I"m pretty light...130 lbs

I tip the scale between 145-150lbs, and the stock rear spring is a tad to stiff for my weight...

Heres some info that you should know, and will get you started on diy suspension tunning:

I get lots of wobble when I come over a crest and the front end gets light, like in T1 at Lightning. I am getting a GPR for next year.

I highly doubt that steering dumpers will help at all. I myself riding '02 and have never had any problems. Steering dumpers should be helpful to absorb any excessive shocks when going over uneven pavement and etc.
When the front lifts up you should not be holding the bars tight at all (actually you shouldn't be doing it ever). Give the front wheel some freedom, it will help.

Talking about suspension set up. I feel like I need to do something, but what I have no clue. The front feels way too soft. I guess going to a track is the only way to find someone knowledgeable.
