Ridding two up with a split seat
#31
My wife and I ride safe, and completely geared, and thats all that should concern you.
If you are here to pick "internet fights" over what gear I choose to wear then you can fight with yourself bud.
Stick to the topic, if you have valuable info over what can help OP with his 2 up riding then give the info, if not, **** off.

For the most part, when I ride with a passenger I usually sit a bit more straight up and have the passenger hold on to me directly, arms around the waist locked hands at the wrists.
Since I'm a bigger bloke, my wife can barley reach the tank, let alone put hands on it. Besides, I like my lass to grip me around with the thighs...yes, i do very much...
BTW Chuckbear, I ride frequently with fingerless gloves, IMO I get better feel for the controls, clutch, brake, signals etc...
Its a choice, yes everyone is entitled to a choice, everyone including Joey is well aware of the pros and cons of said gloves. Live with it.
