Default Rear brake pad question

Hey all. I am going to be needing to replace the rear pads here before to long and had a question regarding what you all are using as well as your opinions of things. I just replaced my front pads yesterday with EBC HH sinistered pads. For the rear, I am thinking about possibly going kevlar/organic etc so that they don't bite as much which in turn contributes to potentially locking up the rear tire. I have locked up the rear accidentally on a couple occasions. Is any one running these organic pads etc? If so, how pleased were you with their performance? I'm torn between just going HH in the back or making the move to organics as I say. I appreciate all your 2 cents. '

Regards

I use oem pads as they are exellent. Simple solution to locking up your rear is to stop using it. I go threw 3 sets of front pads for every set of rear. I only use the rear in certain situations like low speed stops, dragging it slightly threw a turn to settle the bike or lightly applying it before really clamping the front brakes to settle the suspension and reduce pitching. Either way Im not using much pressure at all on the rear brake as its fairly useless for slowing the bike down without locking up the tire.

I put some Galfer G1054 Semi Metallics on the rear just to have something there.

Hey guys thanks for your responses. I think I may just get a pair of cheap *** organic etc pads from Ebay for the rear since I won't really be using them much as suggested and see how long those last and then buy name brand accordingly afterwards if need be. I've had to do some emergency stops that's to some stupid idiots on the road before so I guess I will try those other pads and see how it works. I think i'll even post an update on their performance once I get them on and test them out good after bed in.

Regards
