Default Rattling noise.... hmmmm.

I have an 05F4i Since new the bike has had kinda a clicking/rattling noise when the clutch isn't pushed in and the bike is idling, it only does it at idle. If I push the clutch in it stops kinda like a faint "rararararararara" sound... any ideas?

Same thing happened to me the other day! My bike turned 1 week old last Friday and on Saturday I was at a stoplight and it started rattling too! I got scared for a sec and looked and checked everything, it stopped doing it when I started riding it again. [sm=smiley24.gif]

My bike does that also, its nothing to worry about. When the clutch lever isnt engaged obviously the clutch isnt either, its just the vibrations from the motor is what makes the noise from the clutch. But if the noise gets to be really loud and or your bike vibrates really bad, then maybe you should have it looked at.
