Raising bike back up

The bike was lowered when I bought it.

The front's easy with a headlift stand, which I have.

But I'm unsure what to use to take the weight off the swingarm so it will drop down. How have other people done it?

I put an A frame ladder over the bike and hang a rachet strap from it, put the strap threw the subframe and tada! My cherry picker would be nicer but its at my parents usually.
