im raising my bike back up to stock height, and i was just wondering if the handle bars go on top of the triple tree clamp or under it, my freind says under but i seen a few pics of and 01 f4i and they are on top, so im not really sure, thanks for your help

 

There on top and there should be a lock ring on the tople of the shock. I bought my bike used and raised it back up and that ring is gone so idk if its important or not.

 

ok thats what i thought, cause my friend wanted to put them under but i didnt want to do that then be leaning way down, but thanks for the help
