anyone know what would have to be done to get the cans for 06 and up exhaust cans to fit on our bikes i really like the look of the can sticking right out of the side and im sure it would sound GREAT. i saw a GYTR can on ebay for it and its got the look i want and i was just wondering what mods if any would have to be done and if it would make the bike run badly.. please help

 

It sounds horrible, the same as a strait pipe since the can you see on r6's doesn't acutally do much muffler wise. The main muffler is under the bike hidden and I've never seen anyone make that part fit.

 

yea i noticed the muffler on ebay a guy was selling his stock and i saw it... im gonna cut my scorpion can down and possibly some of the mid pipe... i like the look of the shorty exhaust... and i guess its opinions i like how it sounds with no can on it....sounds mean to me! i see some cans with angled tips and some with open tips (such as two bros) what would it do if you chopped that little angled tip off? anything?
