Pulled over
I've gotten two tickets, and that cost me my license for 6 months (both were recieved when I was 16). In all I've been pulled over 16 times, no joke. Most were stupid things like: no turn signal, burnt out headlights, cracked windshield, loud exhaust, rolling stop, suspected of DUI (I wasn't drinking), and other little random things. Not that I DIDN'T deserve to get pulled over, but there are 3 cops in my town and they all "love" me
I have never been pulled over (knock on wood) in the 2 years (combined time) I have been riding. I was going like 10-15 over the limit in a small town and I saw a cop in a bank parking lot...too late of course. He pulled out and I thought I was in for it. So he turns his lights on and I pull into the very next side street (as did the Chevy Lumina in front of me). I pulled to the side of the street and he blows right by me and pulls over the Lumina. I was shocked that he decided to pull over two old fat guys in a Lumina instead of the guy in his early 20s on a motorcycle.
Thank God I haven't been pulled over yet, I need to have a fairly clean driving history for my job.

Been pulled over once in 1 year, and I think I escaped another one by crossing the entire freeway and exiting real fast.
I was doing about 90 in a 65 and the cop pulled me over and immediately asked if I was a Marine, probably because of my haircut. At the time I was enrolled to go to Officer Candidate School for the Marine Corps, so I had a good story.
Obviously the guy was ex-military or a big supporter, anyways I was real polite with him and basically talked about some Marine Corps type stuff on the side of the freeway for 5 minutes, and escaped with not even a warning really.
BTW, I didn't even have my license on me, it had fell out on the same freeway the day earlier, lucky day Haha.

It does not matter what kind of bike you are on, if some one chooses to run it is up to them, There other week some dudes got pulled over and did not stop they ended up wrecking the bike, ( they were probably running because it weas 2 dudes on a bike ( we call that Nut to Butt.
And as far as the " I am giving bikers a bad name"
how about this

I have been fortunate.. Been pulled over in both a car and bike and have had breaks each time.. Most of my speeding tickets were 30 over or more.. Specially on the bike. The last one i got clocked at 132 in a 55. They had two police officers waiting for me at the next exit so i had no where to go. I told them i didn't see the first one and they gave me an 80-55... I have been to class a time or two to take points off my license.. I would like to say i have learned my lesson for the most part but i still find times where im itching to go fast.
