They look evenly rich. That means it's something affecting all the cylinders. Your FPR is new and good, you did take out the plug before putting it on, right? The return fuel line plugged up or kinked? Coolant temp sensor? Test it...measure resistance across the sensor. 2.3-2.6k ohms at 68 deg. resistance should change with temp.

FPR is not new, however I checked it by blowing through it (which I coudn't) and The vacume line didnt have any fuel in it. THe coolant temp sensor? where is that located? and Im pretty sure none of my fuel lines are kinked or leaking. I rode it some today, It runs super weak!! I think 1 or two of the cylinders aren't firing. Im pretty sure the a few of the plugs aren't working. (im pretty sure these are the stock plugs with 12,700 miles in it. I bet the original owner didn't change them)
