Default power commander-two bros.

I've got an 01 f4i and i've finally made my mind up on the slip-on i'm getting and the winner is going to be a 2 bros.

How imperative is it to have a power commander with this slip-on?

Has anyone here ever had one without a power commander?

thanks

It is not absolutely necessary. When I had a Yoshi S/O. My a/f was a little off. But i only upgraded to a PC when I planned on getting a tune and also a full system. So Absolute? NO. Recommended? If you have the money. If you buy, should you get it custom mapped? Yes.(once again not necessary)

Loss in hp? Highly doubt it. I got Akrapovic Exhaust and PC III USB.

No, you will notice a change in sound and thats it. S/O's, relatively, do not add anything else. what is noticable is look, sound, and comfort for passenger (if it is CF).

keep the stocker just in case you want to trade it in to a dealer or sell it. Doesn't really make much sense to waste the time trying to sell it especially since you wont get much unless you don't have the room to store a 2 ft pipe.

btw...nice choice on the 2bros. I have the carbon and love it. I had a d&d which came with the bike but it was too obnoxious for me.
