i have an 01 f4i and im wondering what the piece is called that is on the back of the bike, and comes up under the main seat (the rear seat sits in the middle of it)? there is a bolt on each side of the bike under the driver seat and my plastic has broken around that bolt. plus near the rear seat on top there is like a crack, so i was thinking of just replacing this whole piece. Let me know if i need to be clearer
also is it hard to take this piece off? how much would i expect to pay for a new one?

oem runs around 350 or so, you can find them in good shape on ebay for about 200-250
