Default Fairing plastic

Does anyone out there know what type of plastic was used on the '91 fairings? I haven't found a glue yet that will hold.

my 89 is abs plastic i dont see any reason why yours should be any different.

What kind of clue you used?
I have used epo based clues and they still hold.

You could also try epo resin and some glass reinforcing making it a composite

Try this stuff!
I found it from a mention on this site, got some and have repaired cracks and missing tabs perfectly!

Good Luck.

I used Permapoxy (5 min plastic weld ) on mine and it held up great.

www.permatex.com

can be sanded and finished just like the oem plastic after it has set
