Default No start issue

I am working on a 02 F4I for my neighbor. The bike won't start and I found the plugs to be fouled. I cleaned them and reinstalled and it still just turns over. They are firing. I then noticed the FPR has a lot of gas dripping out of the vacuum line so I know that is bad. Would this keep the bike from starting all together though? I also noticed the MAP sensor does not have a vacuum line going to it. Does anyone have a vaccum line diagram or a picture of where the line should come from? One last thing - I ran the codes by jumping the 2 wires under the seat and I get a single quick flash then a pause then 2 quick flashes then a pause and then 9 quick flashes. What does the mean? Thanks in advance!

The fpr leaking and map not being connected is not helping it start, thats for sure. There should be a vacuum diagram on the air box or somewhere on the bike. If not, get a manual or download one. It will tell you the codes as well. I cant look it up right now, but id bet its map or mixture related codes.

there there are 2 vacuum lines coming off the throttle bodies (2,3 cylinder) that go into a 3-way tee. these goes to the fpr which is bad. then 4 hoses come off all 4 throttle bodies (1 each) and go to a 5 way tee. this is the tee that goes to the map. if you need pics lemme know i have mine apart right now.

Thanks brother that definitely simplifies things for me. Where do the 2 lines that go to the air box come from?

Disreguard the previous question - once I used your picture to route those 2 right the others were obvious. Thanks ALOT! This one had the MAP hose going to the FPR and FPR hose was just hanging. I think he needs to fire his previous mechanic!
