No acceleration
I have a Micron slip on with no power commander and yesterday I was trying to accelerate while in first and the bike felt like it just didn't want to go. I gave it some gas as I was starting to pull away from a stop and it didn't feel like the bike was accelerating. I have a -1 sprocket up front whcih I thought would give more pull in the lower rpm's.
The same thing happened agian today as I was in traffic trying to pass a car while i was in 2 or 3rd gear. I gave it gas and it pretty much just chugged along until I really twisted the throttle. Would a power commander solve this or am I doing something wrong?

do you let the bike warm up when you start it?? and it depends on how cold it is..when i ride when its 50 or under it takes my bike a solid 20-30 minutes before you can get after it without if flooding out on you.
What's a "fuel issue"?
It's been warm here the past few days (70 and above) and I wait for my temp sensor to read over 100 before i even ride it out of my parking space. I'll keep the temp in mind as I'm riding around to see if that explains anything.

Would that be an intermittent problem or would I notice it all the time? The bike has 16k which seems really early to be replacing the clutch. Are there any quick (read cheap) fixes or a way I could find out for sure if the clutch is worn out?
It would happen when you accelerate very quickly. 16k isnt very high. But if the bike has had done any burnouts, or lots of wheelies, it could cause it to burn out. I replaced mine after 8K. Too many burnouts and wheelies did that for me.
