The bike accelerates at like 1/8 throttle but anymore than that and she doesn't move. It runs a little better on choke and can get to like 6k rpm but no higher.

Here are some problems that you might check out:

[ul][*]Carb mixture is to lean[*]Clogged fuel line/fuel filter[*]Clogged air filter[*]Improper ignition timing[*]Brakes could be dragging[*]Clutch slipping[*]Impropper valve clearance[*]Muffler could be plugged[*]Weak pulse generator or spark unit[*]Incorrectly gapped spark plugs[*]Weak Ignition coils[*]Carbs improperly adjusted.[*]Or the fuel pump is not working properly[/ul]Check the easiest possible problems and work your way to the more difficult ones. Let me know the results and good luck.

Buy a new fuel filter, check the air filter and check the fuel pump output.

How do you check the fuel pump? Also, I replaced the fuel filter with a slightlybigger one since I could not find a stock size. Could that be the problem?

Doubtful about the fuel filter. I've heard that size doesn't matter...... Bah,ha,ha!
Don't have time to type out fuel pump check but it's not hard to do.

is there a diy or something? I am so upset, i thought the carbs being cleaned was going to take care of this. The idle changes based on bike positioning and it will rev up nice on choke while in nuetral but doesn't rev up in nuetral with the choke off.

Sorry Man,
Carbs are a bitch and it's not my forte but here is the pump check procedure.
1. Turn ignition off
2. Disconnect the fuel pump relay wire connector and connect the black and black/blue wire terminals at the main harness connector with a jumper wire.
3.Disconnect the fuel outlet tube at the fuel pump and connect a tube that is long enough to reach a measuring cup.
4. turn ignition on and let fuel flow for 5 seconds then turn ignition off
5. multiple amout in measuring cup by 12 to determine fuel pump flow capacity per minute
6. should be 650cc or 22 0z.

If you do a search on your problem, you will probably find a thread that says what that person found and how they fixed it. There have been a ton of threads on carb issues lately.( That's what I think the problem is.) Apparently if you miss something in the cleaning then the problems still remain. Good luck! It would help if you could give more details too.
