I have a tank of it I run air tools on for my 4x4. Its a dry gas so I have to oil my tools a little more, but its cheap.
But there is no moisture so the tools should last longer. Great Idea!

Ya but you need some or the oil you put in your tools dries out faster. Just like when you breathe pure oxygen. Its a dry gas and it'll dry your throat/nose out, you'd swear you'd just swolled cardboard.

Nitrogen molecules are larger than those of other gasses in the atomsphere, makes it harder to escape. Also inert and expansion blah blah blah..
Check your tire pressure once a week, problem solved.
