Nice bike. May I ask how much you got it for, with how many miles? With the cage, 12 bar, cracked upper fairing, and scratches, I hope it wasn't beat up too too bad. Fairings are expensive, so I just decided to paint mines (mines was yellow/black as well). It looks like that micron was cut. I'm sure it sounds nice. Looking forward to seeing your build.

BTW, if you want to sell your 12 bar, and/or cage, let me know. I'd like to work out a deal.

Default Brand New Bike :)

Well sorry to all i wasn't on here very much and i finally got a few days off work! but it is finished!!!! my project bike is almost complete. it took almost 10 hours, 2 garbage bags of packing foam and even broke a hex nut removing it .

i will go step by step as best as i can with my pictures i couldnt get everything but ill try to answer any questions!!.

The package came in 12 days from ABS Fairings and it came very well packaged and neat.

The first step in removing my old fairings was the cage... it had to go but the previous owner welded it shut so with a little elbow grease and a bench grinder it came off. also in the picture is my friend justin who helped me out a lot on my bike!

With the cage finally off we set to work on removing the old fairings which was difficult at times, the front fender sucked!! lol

That's a sweet bike you have there. It looks great. I was looking at your front turn signals and may I suggest getting the hotbodies flush mounts instead? I paid $40 and they look great and are pretty bright. IMO
