Sorry for bringing up the //M badge, didn't know this stuff would upset all ya'll...

I don't know if I want to make my bike look like something it isn't.

Well, don't I use any sort of hair products, you don't have to be gay or very fashionable to care about something...
You mean to tell me there's nothing about the CBR world that's "holy", that you don't mix up (names, etc...), and that the owner's are **** about? I figured with Honda's history and legacy in the sportbike racing world that would have created some sort of passionate following...?

Your bike will never be Repsol fast. If you wanna be a squid and go really fast, buy a 1000cc

I think I was getting a little feisty lol. It just seems like people like to put down other people's hobbies and interests. I happen to love all things BMW and I take pride in my knowledge of their history and what they stand for. I was basically wondering if people feel strongly about making replicas out of their bikes. Going back to the BMW theme, if you see someone with an //M3 badge on the back of their 4 cyl 318, it's kind of like: WTF are you thinking?!? It's almost disrespectful and makes a mockery of the history... I wanted to know if trying to pass off a 600cc F4I would be similiar to rebadging your car as something it isnt.

No, I'm fine with 600cc (for now) When I feel the urge to go too fast I'll borrow my cousin's bike, but for now I plan on living to see next term start!
