If you want more torque when you take off you need to change the gearing of the sprockets, -1/+2. Thats the cheapest thing you can do. If you decide to upgrade the exhaust it'd be a good idea to invest in a power commander, so you can remap the FI. And FYI "Repsol" is just a paint scheme, you can get a Repsol kit for your bike if you want, it wont make you go any faster but it'll look just like your buddy's.lol
Thanks for the info, I'll definately be getting new sprockets soon!
I'm already looking at the repsol fairings, but I don't want to look like a "poser" lol... I know in the BMW world if you rebadge your car with the //M you get hassled pretty well, and it never stops
(I never got hassled, I had the real //M car)

Ryan's you should probably get more comfortable with the bike before you get all jumpy on us here, and a little fyi-a slip on is mostly for a better sound---the added horsepower is barely noticible.

I'll get comfortable with it before modding, but I'll have them waiting in my room for install. I'm not really expecting much gain in power in terms of hp numbers... I've been on bigger bikes before, and owned a gsxr 750 for a short time before it was vandalized.

Thanks, even though I detect a hint of sarcasm. I should mention that owning that car is something I'm very proud of. I worked my @ss off for it, and I take excellent care of it. The same goes for all of my "toys", I'm not some immature kid that beats on the things given to me: I paid my way through all of this, and I have a ton of respect for the nature of speedy things.
BTW, Beemer is a BMW motorcylce, Bimmer is a BMW car.

BS. Take it from someone who makes their living in the automotive world. a beemer is a beemer. bike or car. at least in america. bimmer might be what the brits call them.

To any BMW enthusiast, they are not the same. Flaming will ensue if you use the wrong variation on the BMW forums

nobody here gives a damn about M badges
the difference is that bmw M cars have better suspenions and motor upgrades, the repsol is a sticker kit

put it on your bike if you want, nobody will know the difference
