Never ridden

RE: Never ridden
Seems we have quite a few members from the Phoenix area.
I just picked up the candy blue/black '06 F4i on 5/6, and I'll be re-learning how to ride as I've taken a 10 year respite from riding. In the short time I've had the bike, I've been greatly impressed with how comfortable it is and how well it performs. As to it being a beginners bike, I would say it depends on the individual. If you have armed yourself with as much knowledge as possible, apply an extremely liberal coating of common sense, and partner with someone with experience, then yes, it could be a good beginners bike.
As for local shops, feel free to contact me offline. I can direct you to where I got my bike, and I got a fantastic deal. I don't know if they are still running the same offer, but they quoted me a selling price of $1600 below sticker and waived their transport and doc fee.
