Everything breaks. New/old you see it all as a mechanic. Best advice I can give to anybody is take care of it and go by maintenance intervals.

my F4 has twice that and runs great!!!!

 

i bought mine 3 years ago, it had 20k on it, no big deal. same as everyone else says, change tires/fluids. the only thing you may want to look into is the cctl, im getting ready to change mine here in a few weeks probably. nothing that will mess anything up, just an annoying sound that may get on your nerves when your cruising at lower RPMs

 

Hondas run forever, case closed.

 

Yea the mileage is not a problem at all especially if there is evidence it was well taken care of. Now the tire situation i would def throw a new set of rubber on it. I understand the worry though
