Need info on dash lights/gauges/indicators etc.
I picked up an 02 F4i a few months ago. I've slowly learned what some of the indicators mean but I just recently figured out the reserve light/gage. Can anyone point me to a place where I could learn about the rest of the indicators etc? Or fill me in? The PO didn't include the MOM. Thanks guys.

Download the owners' manual.*

This might be the service manual. Should have similar/more detailed info.

I already have but can't really find what I'm looking for in there either. I figured the MOM would be more help if anything. I may look into purchasing one If I can't find it online.
Thanks anyway!

Ok thus far I see an LED to the far right of the gauges, on the other side of the tach, Is this a rev light? There is also a red square light and a Fl square at the top where the bright lights indicator is. What are these for?

The FI light does a number of things. It will illuminate when the ignition is on and your engine start switch is on "run". If there is any electronic issues with the machine, that's the light that will output code so a technician can determine what's malfunctioning (this information is in the service manual). You'll hear the fuel pump prime when you flip the switch to "run" when the ignition is on.
The other red light is the oil pressure light. It will also illuminate when the ignition is on but the engine start switch can be in either state (I believe).
Both of them should not be luminated while riding. If they are lit when the machine's engine is on, you might have a mechanical or electronic problem with your bike.
