Hi,

I just bought a 2001 cbr600 and its seen a bit of abuse. It runs pretty nice, but wiring is crazy messed up. It starts and runs, but the dash doesn't run at the same time as the bike. Anyway, the wires are all wrapped in electrical tape and it looks like it probably caught fire.

I figured it would be easiest to just replace all of the wiring and be done with it. I've got a copy of the manual, but I'm looking for the harnesses.

What's the best place to pick them up?

 

Honda East Toledo usually has decent prices on OEM parts. The main wire harness for yours lists for over $293 but they sell it for around $201.

 

keep eye on the auctions as well...mayh be able to score somthin a touch cheaper...
