Default MY CCT PROBLEM

i just replaced my CCT with the Manual one from APE. the noise is now gone that i had but there is no way i can think of to tighten up the bolt. it almost seems impossible w/o taking off the tank and the throttle body like the manual says. i did it this way which seems the way everybody is doing it.

http://cbrworld.net/forums/thread/85183.aspx

can anybody give me advice on tightening up the bolt so it doesnt back out from vibration. i have it set to where it should be, i rode it up the block with the socket and swivel on it with an extension going through the hole on the from so it wont move but i need to tighten the bolt. any advice will be appreciated.

loctite mang...if the bolt is where it should be, back out the lock nut, apply some loctite, then tighten lock nut.
